Vinification: Soft pressing + cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation: Martinotti/Charmat method

Colour: Bright straw yellow. Fine and persistent perlage
Nose: Intense with pear, peach and citrus aroma. Hints of white flowers and aromatic herbs
Palate: Well balanced acidity combined with a pleasant, smooth and aromatic fruity finish
