Val Del Prete produce this yardstick biodynamically farmed Roero Nebbiolo.
  • Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
    Viticulture: Organic (certified in Italy by CCBP – Control and Certification Body)
    Vinification: 25/30 days maceration. Fermentation without controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks
    Ageing: In used barriques for 16 months + 8 months in bottle 
    Bottles produced: 4,500
    Alcohol: 15.5%


  • Colour: Ruby red
    Nose: Fresh and complex nose with cherry, crushed flowers, sweet spices and menthol aromas
    Palate: Medium body, round with great fruit concentration, balanced tannins and a pleasantly long aftertaste
