- A lifelong experience as a sparkling wine enologist gave Piero Cane fame as the finest “Spumantista” in the region. His small cantina is managed by his sons Marco and Alberto (hence the name) and produces exclusively "Spumanti Metodo Classico". The wines are regarded in Piedmont as the yardstick by which all other bubbles are measured.
