    Viticulture: Conventional
    Vinification: Fermentation + 7 months in used French barrels with weekly bâtonnage. Unfiltered and unclarified.
    Ageing: On the lees in the bottle for 20/24 months

    Alcohol: 12.5% abv
    Residual Sugar: 5 g/l

  • Colour: Delicate and persistent perlage, bright straw-yellow colour with gold hints
    Nose: Intense bouquet, with brioche and vanilla notes
    Palate: Fresh and balanced in the mouth with great structure and a long and pleasant aftertaste

  • A lifelong experience as a sparkling wine enologist gave Piero Cane fame as the finest “Spumantista” in the region. His small cantina is managed by his sons Marco and Alberto (hence the name) and produces exclusively "Spumanti Metodo Classico". The wines are regarded in Piedmont as the yardstick by which all other bubbles are measured.
