Vinification: De-stemming, pre-fermentative maceration for 12 hours at 5°C, soft pressing of the grapes. fermentation approx. 14/16 days at a controlled temperature (18/20°C).

Colour: Light straw-yellow in colour with pale green reflections
Nose: Fragrant and delicate with white flower scents such as hawthorn, acacia and tropical fruits like lychees and passion fruit
Palate: Delicate and persistent, with medium acidity and a pleasant bittersweet aftertaste with notes of rennet apple
