    SCORES AND AWARDS
    ⭐ 93 points - Antonio Galloni (Vinous)

  • Colour: Medium Garnet
Nose: Expressive bouquet evoking scents of blackcurrant, red flowers, cinnamon and anise
Palate: Mineral, fresh and well-balanced in the mouth with dark red fruit and earthy notes, firm tannins and good acidity. The finish is long and remarkably intense

  • Giovanni Almondo has been described as one of the very finest producers in the Roero. Famed locally as a “go-to” producer for their whites, it would be a mistake to ignore Almondo’s Nebbiolos.
