    Viticulture: Practicing organic
    Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 11°C for 12 hours. After racking, the must ferments for about 20 days at 18°C
    Ageing: in stainless steel vats
    Bottles produced: 10,000 
    Alcohol: 13% abv

  • Colour: Medium salmon
    Nose: Fresh strawberry, white peach, grapefruit and orange peel
    Palate: Fresh and vibrant with citrusy notes, medium acidity and a mineral finish

  • Josetta Saffirio is a family business led by Josetta’s daughter Sara. The vineyards of the estate stretch over 5 hectares in the area of Castelletto (Monforte d’Alba). The family mixes traditional methods with modern techniques and practices sustainable and organic viticulture.
